What is your minimum cut?
Our minimum cut is a Fat Quarter. Fat quarters measure 50 by 55 centimeters ( 19 by 22 inches ).For 1/2 Meter of fabric, add 2 units to your shopping cart. For 1 Meter of fabric add 4 units. If you purchase multiple units they will be a continuous single cut.
What are 108s?
108" wide fabric is a type of fabric that is extra-wide, with a width of 108 inches. The extra width makes it the perfect solution for quilt backing because it eliminates the need to sew multiple pieces of fabric together to create the desired size for your quilt. Due to how wide these fabrics are, they are ideal for home decor projects such as quilting, curtains, and tablecloths!
What payment methods are accepted at The Quilting Owl?

What are the shipping options and costs for orders placed at The Quilting Owl?
We offer several delivery options.
UK orders over £60 get free 2nd class shipping.
You can upgrade to 1st class at checkout for an extra fee.
International orders over £120 get free shipping.
Orders over 20kg need an extra fee because of weight.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
No problem, it will be back soon.
You can use “Notify Me When Available” to get an email when it’s restocked.
If you prefer, email me and I’ll set up a pre-order. Most items are restocked and ready to ship within a week.

Customs:

How long will delivery take?
Royal Mail First Class in the UK usually arrives in 1–2 working days.
Royal Mail Second Class in the UK usually arrives in 3–5 working days.
Royal Mail International usually arrives in 5–10 working days.
When your order ships, we add a tracking number to your account.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account on The Quilting Owl website. There, you can see your order status, tracking details, and estimated delivery date. You’ll also receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We can update or add to your order as long as it’s requested before 12 pm on the day your order is scheduled to ship.
What is The Quilting Owl’s return policy for online purchases?
At The Quilting Owl, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return any fabric items, you may do so by sending them back to us. Refunds for fabric items will be issued once they are returned to our facility, although please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additionally, due to copyright laws, patterns and books are not eligible for returns.
