A carefully chosen collection for UK quilters
The Quilting Owl is a small independent UK quilt shop built around a simple idea: that UK quilters deserve easy access to the designers and products they love, without having to order from overseas.
We started because we saw a gap — the patterns, fabrics, and acrylic templates from designers like Edyta Sitar (Laundry Basket Quilts), Kim Diehl, and the Farmer’s Daughter collection were hard to find in the UK, or only available through large retailers with little curation or context. We wanted to change that.
What we stock
Every product in our shop is personally selected. We specialise in:
- Quilt patterns — including Laundry Basket Quilts, Kim Diehl, and Sewing Bird designs
- Acrylic templates — precision laser-cut sets matched to specific patterns
- Fabric bundles — curated fat quarter bundles from LBQ, Andover, and Henry Glass collections
- Notions and tools — the things that make a project go smoothly
We also stock individual fabric cuts by the fat quarter, so you can build your own palette or top up a collection without committing to full yardage.
