P&P for delivery UK: Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

P&P for delivery EU: Orders are sent International Tracked & Signed Royal Mail, items over 2 KG are sent by courier.

P&P for delivery Internationally: Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed items over 2 KG are sent by courier.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight.

Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. All prices on our website are in British Pounds. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

PO box addresses cannot be used for International Tracked & Signed services.

Returns Policy
We sincerely hope you will be satisfied with your order from The Quilting Owl. If you are not completely happy with your order, please email us at info@thequiltingowl.com within 14 days of the order received, determined by the 'Delivered' status by Royal Mail or courier service, to arrange the item for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odour or have been used will not be accepted.
​
Certain items cannot be refunded such as cut fabric or downloadable software products. Patterns & Books cannot be returned due to copyright reasons.
​
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post we recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and credit your original method of payment within five working days. If your purchase was paid with a discount voucher then we will only refund the amount that you paid not the amount the item was listed for. Items purchased in a sale are not eligible for a refund. Delivery charges are only refundable for goods that are faulty.
